Ingredients
- 200 g SOFT BUTTER
- 375 g SUGAR
- 200 g FLOUR
- 175 g Almond flour
- 1 TSP BAKING-POWDER
- 2 ea Dr. Oetker BITTERMANDEL AROMA FLAVOUR (e.g.@ Safeway)
- 7 ea egg whites
Instructions
- Beat Butter and sugar until really soft and creamy.
- Mix in Flour, Baking powder, Almond-flour and Bittermandel Aroma.
- Beat 7 Egg Whites and fold very carefully into dough.
- Pour mix into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour @ 180 degree Celsius/350F
