Ingredients

  • 200 g SOFT BUTTER
  • 375 g SUGAR
  • 200 g FLOUR
  • 175 g Almond flour
  • 1 TSP BAKING-POWDER
  • 2 ea Dr. Oetker BITTERMANDEL AROMA FLAVOUR (e.g.@ Safeway)
  • 7 ea egg whites

Instructions

  • Beat Butter and sugar until really soft and creamy.
  • Mix in Flour, Baking powder, Almond-flour and Bittermandel Aroma.
  • Beat 7 Egg Whites and fold very carefully into dough.
  • Pour mix into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour @ 180 degree Celsius/350F
