Ingredients
- 2 ea sliced onions
- 100 g butter
- 2 kg Beef or Pork
- 1 kg chicken
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp fresh pepper
- 1 litre Whiping cream
- 1 litre water
- 2 ea beef Bouillon cubes
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups peas
- 2 cups carrots
- 2 cups corn
- 1 cup pineapple
- 2 bottles Chili sauce
- 1 bottle Curry sauce
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 3 tbs Sambal Oleg
- 1 glass roasted sweet peppers
Instructions
- Heat butter and onions in heavy skillet and brown Meat.
- Place in large casserole on medium heat.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Stir in Whipping cream, ½ litre of water and add all the other ingredients.
- Cover casserole and bake at 350F for 2 hours.
- Stir frequently and add rest off water.
- Add more spices if not hot enough.
