Ingredients

  • 2 ea sliced onions
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 kg Beef or Pork
  • 1 kg chicken
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fresh pepper
  • 1 litre Whiping cream
  • 1 litre water
  • 2 ea beef Bouillon cubes
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups peas
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 2 cups corn
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 2 bottles Chili sauce
  • 1 bottle Curry sauce
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 3 tbs Sambal Oleg
  • 1 glass roasted sweet peppers

Instructions

  • Heat butter and onions in heavy skillet and brown Meat.
  • Place in large casserole on medium heat.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Stir in Whipping cream, ½ litre of water and add all the other ingredients.
  • Cover casserole and bake at 350F for 2 hours.
  • Stir frequently and add rest off water.
  • Add more spices if not hot enough.
