Heat butter and onions in heavy skillet and brown Meat.
Place in large casserole on medium heat.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir in Whipping cream, ½ litre of water and add all the other ingredients.
Cover casserole and bake at 350F for 2 hours.
Stir frequently and add rest off water.
Add more spices if not hot enough.
