Kringel
Annemarie's famous Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
- 375 g Butter
- 500 g Flour
- 4 tbsp Whipping Cream
- 2 ea egg white
- 250 g Sugar coarse, white
Instructions
- Knead all ingredients together.
- Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
- Cut out Kringel shapes (hole in centre)
- Baste with egg white and turn in coarse Sugar.
- Bake at 350ºF for 10- 12 min
