Vanilla Cookies
Annemarie's famous Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
- 250 g Butter
- 250 g Sugar
- 340 g Flour
- 2 tsp Hirschhornsalz
- 1 ea Vanilla Bean cut bean open with a knife and remove Vanilla beans
Instructions
- Knead all ingredients together.
- Form little (1/2") balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Make a little dent in each cookie with your finger.
- Bake at 275-300ºF for 10 -12 min
